‘Disclaimer Note’

 

1. On accepting to use the system, the user undertakes expressly to indemnify and exonerate the Mauritius Research and Innovation Council in any action including that of a claim which may rise:

 

i. Out of using the recruitment system; and

ii. Out of the inability of the hardware and/or software in the system to process the completion of the submission made.

 

2. The e- Recruitment system is available on a 24-hour basis subject to the internet connectivity for the user and the Mauritius Research and Innovation Council.

 

3. Any application made online after office hours and during weekends, can only be dealt with on the next working day and the user shall ensure that the application is made within the delay and deadline as set out.

 

4. In case, the user does not receive any acknowledgement by email within a delay of two hours following application made online, it shall tantamount to “no application having been made online”. A fresh application shall then be made so long that it is still within the delay and deadline to make such an application and acknowledgement by email should be received.
