Cooperation on the Development of a Joint Small Satellite between MRIC and ISRO
In view of officialising their collaboration, the MRIC and ISRO signed a Memorandum of Understanding on 01 November 2023. The relationship between India and Mauritius continues to evolve as both countries explore the new avenues of cooperation. This will allow Mauritius to build further capacity in space and satellite technology, share knowledge on building and operating the small satellite and utilise the data from the small satellite for future R&D.
